The ink is also great for use on glazed ceramic and heat-resistant glass. An even colour distribution is easy to achieve with is flexible brush nib and creamy application, making the edding 4200 porcelain brush pen great for beginners.
Once your work has dried you simply heat in the oven, your designs will then be dishwasher-safe. To apply multiple colours without mixing the shades, allow the first colour to dry before applying the next.

Usage
Before decorating, clean the porcelain, glazed ceramics or heat-resistant glass thoroughly in the dishwasher, and then use a detergent or denatured alcohol to remove fingerprints or traces of grease
As you decorate, make sure there are no unnecessary fingerprints underneath the ink as you apply it
Allow to dry for 15 minutes before heating in the oven at 160°C for 25 minutes and then to cool in the oven
Only use the brushpen for decorative purposes. Avoid decorating areas of the porcelain that are used for cutting, eating or drinking. For example, only decorate the rim of a plate or the outside of a mug
Daily cleaning: avoid friction, rubbing and scrubbing by positioning the item in the dishwasher so that it is not in contact with other items of crockery or cutlery
