The metallic brush pens feature a soft, flexible tip, making them ideal for drawing fine lines and broad strokes. What’s more, they’re perfect for use on all kinds of coloured papier. Step 1

For this creative idea you'll need edding 1340 metallic brush pens inyour favourite colours, plus a black edding 3000 permanent marker.

Step 2

We've got a template you can use to help you design your gift box.Place it in position and draw both arms on the outside of the boxusing the edding 3000. If you want to play it safe, you can also copythe design using a pencil and carbon paper.

Step 3

Fill in the colourful rings on the sleeves using the metallic brush pens.

Just combine a range of bright shades.

Step 4

To make the mini bunting bearing the words "Get well soon", cut outthree pieces of coloured paper in the shape of a diamond and folddown the middle to create triangles.

Step 5

Next, use the brush pen to decorate your three triangles in whateverway takes your fancy. You could, for example, create a border of smallsilver dots. Write one word on each bunting triangle. Metallic brushpens are ideal for designs on dark and coloured paper.

Step 6

Depending on what you decide to put in your get-well-soon gift box,you could even stick paper labels featuring your very own designs onjars of bath salts, for example.

Step 7

Finally, thread the ribbon through the fold of each triangle (makingsure they are in the correct order!) and glue the two tips of each onetogether to keep the ribbon in place. To make the bunting look reallyattractive, attach the ends of the ribbon to two kebab sticks andarrange everything nicely in your mini hamper.
